New CPCA Certification Body Survey
The CPCA IRC has just completed a Certification Body (CB) Survey, which was designed to be completed in two minutes or less. Our aim is to have all member companies complete this survey each time they use a CB. By making this part of your certification procedure, we will be able to obtain enough data to properly evaluate all the Canadian CBs.
The survey will detail which of the CBs have been meeting the needs of our members. We expect that these results will help you when choosing a certification body to work with, in terms of cost, timeliness and expertise.
CB Survey Results
Results of the survey will be published semi- annually. The aggregated results of this survey will be available to any member company who provides their data towards the survey at least once a year.
The survey will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains current. If there are any additional questions you would like included on the survey, please let us know.
